Notely: Meeting Notes

Notely helps you turn conversations and rough notes into useful meeting summaries.

Start listening on your iPhone, review the text, and generate a summary with key points and action items. You can also paste notes or a transcript. Browse recent summaries, share a copy, save a summary and its action items as a PDF, and access your Notely account on the web.

Choose a monthly membership:
• Starter: 5 summaries each calendar month and 5-day history.
• Unlimited: unlimited summaries and 14-day history.
• Premium: unlimited summaries, 30-day history, and optional saved transcripts. Turn transcript saving off in Settings while keeping Premium's other benefits.

Eligible Apple accounts can receive a one-week introductory trial on Unlimited or Premium when offered in the app. Prices and offer eligibility are shown before purchase. After the trial, the selected subscription renews automatically at the displayed price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple account's Subscriptions settings. Deleting your Notely account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Recording requires microphone and speech-recognition permission. Ask participants for permission before recording. Recording runs while the app is in the foreground. Speech recognition may use Apple's services, and generating a summary sends the text to the AI provider disclosed in the app after your consent. Notely does not save an audio file. Unsaved drafts remain in memory and can be lost when the app closes. Turning off transcript saving still allows text to be processed to generate your summary.
