Notez: Voice Memo & AI Notes

Talk, and get a note back.

Notez turns what you say into a clean, searchable note — recorded, transcribed and summarised entirely on your iPhone. No account, no server, nothing leaves the device.

Hit record and watch the words appear as you speak. When you stop, Notez writes the overview, pulls out the key points and decisions, and turns every "I need to…" into a to‑do you can tick. Meetings, lectures, calls, the thing you thought of in the car — capture it once and it's ready to use.

RECORD, AND READ IT BACK (Premium feature — subscription required)
• Live transcription while you talk, on device
• Speaker labels and timestamps on longer recordings
• Import audio files you already have and transcribe them the same way
• Play back with a scrubber, jump to any line of the transcript

NOTES THAT WRITE THEMSELVES (Premium feature — subscription required)
• Overview, key points, decisions and action items from every recording
• Suggested titles, so nothing is called "New Recording 47"
• Pick the summary length and language, or regenerate it in one tap
• Summarised by Apple Intelligence on supported iPhones, with a built‑in fallback on every other device

TO‑DOS, STRAIGHT FROM YOUR VOICE (Premium feature — subscription required)
• Action items become checkable to‑dos, with due dates when you mention one
• A Today view across every note, plus quick to‑dos that don't need a note at all
• Tick them from the note, the To‑Dos tab, a widget or your wrist

A NOTEBOOK YOU'LL ACTUALLY KEEP
• Type notes too — headings, lists and checklists with Markdown (Premium feature — subscription required)
• Folders with emoji, pinned notes, search across titles, transcripts and summaries
• Notes show up in Spotlight, so you can find them without opening the app
• Share a transcript or summary as text anywhere

START A NOTE FROM ANYWHERE (Premium feature — subscription required)
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets
• A Control Center button and an Action button shortcut
• Siri and Shortcuts: "Create a note", "Add a to‑do", "Search notes"
• Apple Watch: record on your wrist and the note lands on your phone

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Recording, transcription and summaries all run on your iPhone. There's no account to make and no cloud your audio passes through. Your notes are yours.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Notez is localised in 39 languages and transcribes in every language your iPhone's on‑device speech recognition supports. Pick the recording language per note.

NOTEZ PRO (Premium — subscription required)
Notez Pro is an auto‑renewing subscription. Choose weekly, monthly or yearly; every plan unlocks unlimited recording, importing, typing, summaries and to‑dos on iPhone and Apple Watch. If you ever let it lapse, everything you made stays readable, playable and shareable.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
