NP Navigator

NeuroPath’s Navigator empowers people with Parkinson’s disease to self-report answers to clinically validated Quality of Life questions. This includes domains of physical, mental and social health.

• Patient and Caregiver Profiles: Filled out by the patient and caregiver(s). Note that the patient can link caregivers/companions to their profile, so that input from these caregivers/companions can also be collected.

• Neuro-QoL™ surveys and Caregiver feedback and burden: Clinically validated adaptive patient survey focusing on physical, mental, and social health domains. Both the patient and the caregiver/companion can fill out this survey on their own smartphone.

• E-diary Notebook: An e-diary notebook where both patient and caregiver can write down notes on their own smartphone.

If the person with Parkinson’s is not able to handle the app themselves, the companion or caregiver can use the app on their own personal iPhone to fully operate the app on behalf of the patient.

This way the patient can not only share the data but also the companion can enter data for the patient as if he had entered the notes or the answers of a questionnaire himself.

A flexible relationship and permission handling makes sure that each patient shares only data with his companion, caregiver or healthcare professional that they designate.

Neuropath Navigator is part of Neuropath's health platform that supports people with Parkinson's, caregivers, companions and healthcare professionals to collect data from devices such as the Apple Watch or manually entered.
