Nutra Kiddo

My app is designed to empower families globally to take control of their health through better nutrition, helping reduce the burden of diet-related illness on healthcare systems worldwide. I became inspired to start this digital project first after I became a gran and wanted a simple to use application that everybody could use even teenagers. Given the staggering global rates of obesity, diabetes, and other lifestyle-related conditions, the app aims to make healthy eating accessible, practical, and sustainable for people of all ages and backgrounds. It is a tool to guide users towards small, manageable changes that lead to long-term health improvements, not short-term fixes — driven by a desire to contribute to a healthier society. The app generates tailored meals that prioritise nutrient-dense foods while accommodating diverse cultural preferences from around the world.
