OCD Check & Photo Proof: yepp

Did I lock the door? Did I turn off the stove? If you keep going back to check, yepp is for you.

yepp is a private companion for people who live with OCD and compulsive checking. Log a check once, keep a small record of it, and practice trusting yourself instead of checking again.

LOG A CHECK IN SECONDS
- Photo proof: take one photo of the door, the stove or anything you checked
- Self-trust: log it without a photo and trust your own judgment
- Just a thought: note an intrusive thought without acting on it
- Add a checklist, tags, a voice note and how anxious you felt, from calm to panic
- Save the checks you repeat every day as templates

PROOF THAT DOES NOT PILE UP
Checks delete themselves after 1 to 90 days, so old proof never becomes something new to check.

WHEN THE URGE TO RE-CHECK COMES
Opening a check again first shows a short, kind reframe. Notice the urge, let it pass, move on.

CALM ON DEMAND
- Guided breathing: 4-7-8, box and coherent breathing
- 5-4-3-2-1 grounding
- A short body scan
- Ambient sounds: rain, ocean waves, white noise, brown noise and cafe murmur

GENTLE PROGRESS
- A self-trust streak that counts calm days and never shames a slip
- A one-tap daily mood check-in
- Badges for small, honest wins
- Insights: your anxiety trend, when checking happens, your top tags and how often you re-check

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- Your checks are stored only on your device
- Photos never go to your photo library
- Optional Face ID or Touch ID lock
- No ads, no tracking
- Export and import your checks whenever you like

FREE
- Keep up to 10 checks at a time
- 3 photos and 5 voice notes per check
- Auto-delete after 1 to 3 days

YEPP+
- Unlimited checks, photos and voice notes
- Longer auto-delete: 7, 14, 30 or 90 days
