Private and Public (Business) calendars

For private use: The odotime app allows you, family, friends and project members to organize common events and planning. You can create your own group of members and share the calendar for private use. Create as many as calendars and events.

Example: Yoga class – The yoga instructor creates a private group for yoga students with their telephone numbers in the odotime App. The instructor creates a calendar for the yoga class and assign the created group to the calendar in the odotime App. That’s it, all group members now have access to the yoga calendar. Either students can accept or reject an event, the instructor will be promptly notified. Also, the instructor has the option to assign the other member/s in the group to be admin to create events.

Useful for: Family events, Yoga class, Dance class, Tuition class, Music class, Projects, Business meetings, Real estate showing, etc



For Public use: The odotime app allows business owners to create Open business calendar/Schedular for general public to book the time slot for the events. The odotime app allows the business owner the flexibility enter the open hours and time schedules. The general public (Customers) searches the Public business calendar by telephone number, Location, Business category, etc. For the selected Public business calendar, the customers shall select the date and reserve a time slot.

Example: Salon or beauty parlor – The odotime app allows the business owner to create Public Business calendar/schedular with Open hours with time schedule for the services. The customers can reserve a time slot on the Owner created calendar. The business owners have full control over the booking with their contact details.
