Offmute: Speak English at Work

Speak up in your next interview or meeting.

Offmute helps people in tech practise workplace English out loud with AI colleagues. Prepare for a job interview or rehearse a team meeting, then get notes on what worked and how to express yourself more clearly.

REHEARSE YOUR INTERVIEW
Practise HR, behavioural and technical rounds. Use a sample job description or paste your own. Take the candidate's seat or practise asking questions as the interviewer.

JOIN A TEAM MEETING
Try a daily standup, sprint planning, retrospective or client call. Choose a sample scenario or describe a meeting you want to prepare for. Read the brief, understand your part, then speak with AI participants in different workplace roles.

GET USEFUL NOTES
Review your contribution after each session, with better ways to phrase what you said and a focus for next time. Your notes stay on your device.

PRACTISE OUT LOUD
Offmute uses your microphone and requires an internet connection. The people in the practice room are AI, not real colleagues or live teachers.

ACCESS
Sign in with an email code. Your first two practice sessions are free; further practice requires a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Practice is limited to 60 minutes per day and 20 minutes per session. See the in-app store offer for your local price. Manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings.
