Omady: Fasting Tracker OMAD

Omady is a simple intermittent fasting tracker that helps you lose weight, build a routine, and understand your body. Pick a plan like 16:8 or OMAD, tap Start, and follow your fast through fat-burning and ketosis in real time.

And it respects you: no account, no social feed, no notification spam. Just you, your fast, and a clean tracker that does its job. Open it only when you actually need it.

WHAT YOU GET

• One-tap fasting timer with progress ring, countdown, and Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
• Popular plans — 12:12, 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD — plus fully custom schedules
• Metabolic zones — see when you enter glycogen depletion, fat burning, and ketosis
• AI Coach (premium) — ask anything about your fasting, get answers tuned to your goals
• First-meal log — snap a photo to capture what breaks your fast
• Weight and body measurement tracking with trend charts and personal records
• Progress photos with optional Face ID lock (premium)
• Hydration tracking during your eating window
• Streaks, weekly consistency, and milestones
• Apple Watch app and Siri shortcuts: "Start a fast in Omady", "Log a glass of water"
• Widgets and Live Activity for instant progress at a glance

HOW IT WORKS

1. Pick a plan that fits your day — 16:8 is a strong start, OMAD if you have experience
2. Tap Start. The timer runs in the background; Live Activity shows progress without opening the app
3. Log water, weight, and your first meal as you go — each takes seconds
4. End your fast when ready. Review your streak, trends, and ask Coach what to refine next

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
