Omnio Mail

Omnio Mail is a mail app for the mailbox you already have.

It is not a mail service. It does not give you an address, it does not store your mail, and there is nothing to migrate. You sign in with the mailbox you use now, from Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin or any server that speaks IMAP, and Omnio reads it live from there.

WHAT IT DOES

Conversations, not loose messages. Replies sit with what they answer, grouped the way the mail headers actually say they belong together.

A list you can read. Every row shows the sender, the subject and a line of what the message says, so you can tell what needs opening without opening it.

Search that reaches the whole mailbox, not just what is loaded. Tap a filter or type it: from:sarah, subject:"year end", has:file, larger:5m, after:2026-01-01. Put a minus in front to leave something out.

Attachments that work. Open what people send you and hand it to whatever opens that kind of file. Attach photos and documents in one tap, and they go out exactly as your phone stored them.

Gestures that do what you expect. Swipe a message away and take it back from the undo bar. Swipe sideways inside a message for the next one. Long press to pick several and act on them together.

Notifications the moment mail arrives, if you want them.

Calendar, tasks and notes in the same app, on the same bar.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

Keep your mail. It stays on your own mail server, which is the point. Omnio reads it, shows it to you, and keeps nothing.

FREE

One mailbox, the whole app, the most recent 10,000 messages in each folder. No account needed and no card. Plans for more mailboxes and AI are on omnio.email.

Omnio needs a mailbox that allows IMAP and SMTP access. Most do; some company mailboxes have it switched off, and your administrator would have to turn it on.
