oneTap: Brief & Block

oneTap turns your phone from the first distraction of the day into the first thing that sets you up for it.

Most mornings start the same way: you reach for your phone and lose hours to a feed before you're even out of bed. oneTap breaks that loop. When you first pick up your phone, oneTap gives you a single, personalized morning brief and then your distracting apps are locked for a set window. Everything you need to see, in one glance, before the noise gets in.

YOUR MORNING, IN ONE PLACE
oneTap pulls the essentials into a single brief so you're not opening five apps before breakfast:

Calendar - your meetings and events for the day ahead
Email - a look at what you may have missed the past few days
Weather - what to expect before you head out
Tasks - what's due today, pulled from Apple Reminders
Sleep & Recovery - how you actually rested and recovered, including WHOOP/OURA data
Finances - your balances and investments at a glance
News - daily news, the biggest headlines at the local, national, and international level

PLAN WITH INTENTION
Alongside your brief, oneTap gives you a minimal todo and journal built for clarity, not clutter. Jot down what you actually want to get done today, or take a moment to write out what's on your mind — no folders, no tags, no setup. Anything left unfinished simply rolls over to tomorrow, so nothing gets lost and nothing needs managing. It's not another productivity system to maintain. It's a quiet space to get intentional about your day before the noise gets in.

BLOCK THE NOISE
When your morning window begins, oneTap locks the apps that usually hijack your attention. They stay locked for a set time while you get your brief - no willpower required. Once the window ends, everything unlocks automatically and your day is yours.

FROM MINDLESS PICKUPS TO FOCUS
It's easy to lose 150 pickups a day to apps that don't ask permission - TikTok, Instagram, whatever's fastest to open. oneTap breaks that pattern where it starts. Users who lock their mornings with oneTap report cutting their scroll time from an hour-plus to just a few minutes, giving back the start of their day.

BUILT AROUND YOUR SCHEDULE
Set your wake and sleep times, and oneTap handles the rest - different windows for weekdays and weekends, with flexibility for the mornings you're up early or running late.

DESIGNED TO GET OUT OF YOUR WAY
oneTap isn't another app to manage. It surfaces what's already in your life — your calendar, your reminders, your data — and then steps aside. No feeds, no notifications begging for attention, no clutter.

PRIVATE & SAFE
We use Apple's Screen Time API in order to monitor and block apps you use. Installation is easy and takes a few seconds on your iPhone.
Unlike most apps, oneTap works entirely on your phone and personal browsing data never leaves your device.
