OpenTongue is a voice-first Spanish tutor for people who can use language apps all day but freeze the moment they have to talk. You speak, it listens, and it hands you an honest report: your level, what you did well, the mistakes you actually made, and the natural way a native speaker would have said it.

TWO WAYS TO PRACTICE
- Speak & get a report — Talk about anything for 5, 10, or 15 minutes, or open-ended. Get a written breakdown of your level (CEFR), what's working, and every error with a correction and a natural rewrite.
- Live conversation — Talk back and forth with a tutor in real time. It listens and replies as you speak, so you get the reps in before you need them in the real world.

AN HONEST REPORT, NOT A SCORE
Most apps just say "¡Correcto!" OpenTongue tells you the truth: "hacer un día" isn't Spanish — you want "tener un día." You see your CEFR level, the patterns holding you back, and concrete rewrites you can use tomorrow.

WATCH THE KNOT COME LOOSE
Suéltate la lengua — loosen your tongue. Track your level, error density, and vocabulary across sessions, and watch your mistakes per session fall over time.

BRING YOUR OWN KEY
OpenTongue runs on AI you already pay for. Connect a ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok account with a quick key — about two minutes — and pay your provider directly, usually a few cents per session. Your key never leaves your device. (Live voice conversation currently works with OpenAI.)
