OperatorOS

OperatorOS is a private retail notebook for managers running one store or leading several. Record interviews, one-on-ones and meetings, remember the people you work with, and follow through on commitments. Keep personal notes and plans in a separate Personal space.

YOUR AI MAY CHANGE. YOUR CONTEXT STAYS WITH YOU.
Keep your work and personal context in OperatorOS. Connect a supported assistant with Pro, choose what it can access, and use your saved history even when you switch assistants. Provider availability varies. Private AI chats are not automatically imported.

WORK AND PERSONAL
Keep personal notes, people, plans and follow-ups separate from your work records. Each AI connection needs explicit permission to access Personal.

ADD ASSISTANCE WITH OPERATOROS PRO
Pro adds assisted planning, transcription, recording summaries, and interview analysis. Review suggested actions before making them commitments. AI processing requires an internet connection and your consent.

Pro also includes an optional AI Connector for supported assistants. Authorize access to your OperatorOS records, grant write access separately, review write receipts, and revoke access when you choose.

Eligible new subscribers may receive a one-month Apple-managed introductory trial. Apple displays the applicable offer, subscription price, and terms before confirmation.

OperatorOS is designed for the individual leader. It complements your company's required systems; it does not replace HR, scheduling, audit, or corporate task systems.
