使用方法は以下の通りとなります。
①オピオイド薬剤の1日量を設定する
②使用するデバイス（PCAポンプ）を選択する
③必要であれば、オピオイド以外に混注したい他薬剤（2種類まで可）および1日量を設定する
（配合変化については各自の配合チェック表にて確認すること）
④デバイスの種類によっては、調剤予定の使用可能最大日数を設定する
以上を「レシピ作成」ボタンにて、最適な各薬剤の必要量・処方量が提示されます。
デバイス（PCAポンプ）は①-1シリンジポンプ等の機械式ポンプ・①-2携帯型ディスポーザブル注入ポンプ特殊型または②携帯型ディスポーザブル注入ポンプPCA型（風船型）から選べます。
作成したレシピは端末に保存（有料）し、処方提案書（PDF）作成に用いることができます。
設定において、提案先クリニックを登録しておくことで、マイページに保存しておいたレシピに、患者情報・使用するデバイス・提案先クリニックを設定することで処方提案書（PDF）が出力可能となります。
