OpsDeck Crew Ops

OpsDeck replaces the crew WhatsApp group with one shared, live flight.

Pilots, cabin crew, handling and operations see the same flight page. Every step of the turnaround is one tap on a checklist — at the terminal, crew on board, fueling, catering, passengers on board, doors closed, takeoff, landing, flight complete. Everyone involved gets a notification, ops sees the progress in real time, and nobody has to type "we are on board" into a chat again.

BUILT FOR FLIGHT OPERATIONS
• The flight, not a chat, is the centre: flight number, aircraft, route, STD/STA in UTC, passengers, crew by seat (PIC, FO, FA, handling)
• Company checklist in phases — your admin decides the items, who checks them, and which are optional
• Countdown to departure with colour cues, and "needs attention" when something is waiting
• Undo any entry, mark items N/A, add text where it matters (defects, crew report)
• Photos on any item — cabin, catering, defects

REQUESTS WITH REAL ANSWERS
• Ops asks, crew answers — and the other way round
• Answer types: acknowledge, time, number, yes/no, choice, text
• Answer straight from the notification, without opening the app
• One request, one answer — no duplicate replies; you see who has seen it
• Company templates for the questions you ask every day

WORKS WHERE CREW WORK
• No network on the stand? Every tap is queued on the phone with its real time and sent when the connection is back
• Presence: see who is in the app, who was here minutes ago, who has notifications off
• Contacts of your crew and ops one tap away

FLIGHT REPORT
• After "Flight complete", a full report — checklist with times, requests and answers, crew reports, defects, photos — goes to the company email automatically
• Anyone can get the reports of their own flights by email; PDF on the phone in one tap

FOR THE COMPANY
• Invite-only: ops adds people and shares a personal code — no public sign-up
• Roles: pilot, cabin, ops, handling, observer (read-only for management)
• Admin change log: who changed the checklist, templates, people or settings, and when
• English and Russian interface, notifications in each person's language
