Description by OrCam Technologies (from the App Store)

OrCam Read – Digital Reading Redefined

Wireless, lightweight, and the size of a pen, OrCam Read delivers a truly innovative approach to reading assistance.

The handheld device is the first-of-its-kind AI-driven reader for people who have reading difficulties – including mild to moderate vision impairment, reading fatigue, dyslexia, aphasia, and other conditions, as well as for those who read large volumes of text – empowering them with real-time responsiveness.

With point-and-click activation of two precision laser guidance options, OrCam Read seamlessly – and instantly – captures any printed material and digital screen, reading the text out loud through a built-in speaker or Bluetooth-enabled device.

OrCam Read is the only personal AI reader that captures full pages or screens of text, and operates completely offline, ensuring data privacy.
