Orderfood Staff

OrderFood Staff is the staff app for restaurants that use OrderFood. See your schedule, your shifts and your hours right on your phone – and as a manager, build the schedule, follow the day and approve the week in the same app.

Please note: the app is for staff and managers at restaurants that use OrderFood. Your account is created by your employer – there is no public sign-up. Staff connect their phone by scanning a QR code at the restaurant’s terminal or register.

FOR STAFF
• Today: your next shift, whether you’re clocked in and how your week is going
• Schedule: the team’s published shifts for the week – or only yours
• Hours: worked vs. planned, absence and premium time (evening, night, weekend) per week
• Doesn’t match? Flag a shift and send a comment to your manager
• When I can’t work: set weekdays and periods so your manager sees them when building the schedule
• Notifications: a reminder before your shift, if you forgot to clock in or out, when the schedule is published, when your shift changes and when your hours are finalised

FOR MANAGERS
• Today: who’s in, who’s late and who’s coming – call straight from the list
• Schedule: build the week in a grid, create the week from a shift template and publish in one tap – staff get notified
• Team: add staff with role and employment type, create logins and block a lost phone
• Hours: see deviations from clock-ins, finalise times, handle flags and approve the week
• Export: share the week’s hours as CSV or email an Excel file for payroll
• Manager mode is protected by its own PIN

GOOD TO KNOW
• Clocking in happens at the restaurant’s terminal or register – the app shows your clock-ins but doesn’t clock you in.
• Works offline too: your latest schedule and hours are shown.
• Available in English, Swedish, Danish, Polish, German, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, Thai and Somali. Light and dark mode.
