OrthoGraph – Floor Plan

Professional as-built surveying on iPhone and iPad. Rapidly create accurate floor plans and structured 3D BIM models, with up to 1 mm measurement accuracy using supported laser distance meters. Export to DXF, IFC, PDF, XLSX and PNG for CAD, BIM, IWMS, CAFM, CMMS and ERP workflows.

No LiDAR or laser scanner is required. Create structured, editable BIM data—not just a visual scan. Work offline, capture measurements, properties and photos on site, then continue seamlessly in your CAD, BIM or facility management workflow.

Join 150,000+ registered users worldwide. From apartments and houses to large, complex buildings, create professional as-built BIM models with accuracy comparable to laser-scanner-based surveys.
