Focus for 60 minutes, get 10 minutes of social time. Your credit grows while you work, you spend it in 10-minute windows, and whatever you don't use expires at midnight. Want a second lock? Add the weekly move rule.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick the apps that eat your day — Apple's Screen Time locks them on-device
• Tap Start focus, or schedule focus blocks that start on their own
• Every 6 minutes of focus earns 1 minute of social time
• Spend 10 minutes once you've earned them — the lock comes back by itself
• Optional move rule: close your Move ring or log a 20-min workout once a week (Apple Health) to keep spending
