The Outsider is a fast-paced social deduction game designed for friends, parties, and family gatherings. One player is secretly the Outsider and has no idea what the secret word is. Everyone else knows it.

Your mission? Ask smart questions, watch reactions, and uncover who’s bluffing.

But if you’re the Outsider, you must blend in, think fast, and avoid getting caught.


# HOW THE GAME WORKS:

1. Setup the Game
Enter player names and choose a category or custom word list.

2. Secret Roles
Most players see the secret word.
One player is secretly the Outsider and sees nothing.

3. Ask Questions
Players take turns asking Yes or No questions to uncover suspicious answers.

4. Vote Privately
Pass the device and vote on who you believe the Outsider is.

5. Final Reveal
If the Outsider is caught, they get one last chance to guess the word and steal the win.
