Our licensed therapists have worked to create tools, exercises, and content that are applicable to a wide range of topics (e.g. mindfulness, low mood, avoidance, anxiety, depression, social skills, intimacy, relationship conflict, parenting).
Overt currently offers 6-lesson in-depth courses in the areas listed below. If you have concerns that fall outside of these courses, you can send anonymous questions in to our therapists, who will answer your question, podcast style, and share it on the app for all to benefit. You can also schedule chat or video therapy sessions with our therapists to discuss any other concerns that come up.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
