ALARM SOUNDS (11 types)

Classic alarm clock, digital alarm, bells & chimes, phone ringtones, rooster, bird calls, and forest cicadas. Preview any sound before selecting.

SLEEP MODE

Tap "Good Night" to dim the screen and start your music.

- Music auto-stops after your chosen duration (30/45/60/90/120 min)
- Gentle 30-second fade-out at the end
- Screen stays on at minimal brightness — check the time anytime
- Tap to briefly restore brightness
- 3 darkness levels: Dark, Very Dark, Pitch Black
- Snooze countdown shows remaining time

ALARM

At your set time, your chosen alarm sound fades in over 15 seconds.

- Full-screen Stop and Snooze buttons
- Snooze intervals: 3 / 5 / 9 / 15 / 30 minutes
- Optional volume escalation with each snooze

VOLUME

Set sleep and alarm volumes independently (20-100%).
Both use fade-in/out so sounds are never jarring.

PRIVACY

No personal data is collected. All settings are stored locally on your device. Ads appear only in the Work BGM tab (Google AdMob, non-personalized). No ads during sleep mode or alarm. No in-app purchases.
