Packyard

Packyard is the all-in-one app for pet grooming businesses. Scheduling, client records, text reminders and Square payments in one place.

Stop juggling a calendar, a notebook, a texting app and a card reader. Packyard runs your whole grooming day from one screen, on your phone or your computer.

Built for groomers

Packyard is made only for pet grooming. Every pet has a profile with breed, weight, coat notes, temperament and vaccination records. Price services by breed and size. Add on nail trims, teeth brushing and de-shedding in one tap.

Scheduling that fits your day

Drag and drop appointments. Set service times and buffers so you never double book. Block out lunch and days off. Assign pets to their favourite groomer. Mobile groomer? Plan your route for the day.

Your clients book themselves

Give clients a link to book online, any time. Take a deposit or save a card on file so no-shows cost them, not you.

Payments through Square

Connect your own Square account in one tap. Charge at the counter with Square Terminal, send a payment link or let clients pay by QR code. Tips, no-show fees and invoices are built in. Your money goes straight to your Square account like it always has.

Fewer no-shows, less texting

Automatic text reminders go out before every appointment. Send a ready-for-pickup text with one tap when the dog is done. Reply to clients from inside the app, with the whole conversation in one thread.

Paperwork done

Send service agreements and liability waivers by text. Clients sign on their phone, no account needed. Ask for vaccination records and let clients upload them straight to the pet’s profile.

Know your numbers

See today’s bookings, revenue, tips and who is coming back. Track each groomer’s day and earnings.

Your whole team

Add groomers with their own login and schedule. Owners see everything. Groomers see their day.
