Pal - Delivery Partner

This app only works if you have a “Pal” account with DishPal, and are already approved to be a driver with us.

DishPal is an online and app-based, food-ordering and delivery system. It works with any restaurant that signs up to offer orders through it. Freelance drivers get paid to pick up and drop off food if a customer needs it. We’ve built DishPal so it’s fast, simple and safe for customers and restaurants. Gone are the days of waiting an hour for food then calling the restaurant to track it down. With DishPal you know where your food is at all times.

Pal is designed to give DishPal drivers a convenient way to manage orders, as well as a real-time overview of their last completed deliveries. It not only allows them to receive tasks and accept delivery missions but also keeps track of their order history; including the restaurant name and address, earnings, date, completion time (start-to-end), rating experience

For security, drivers must log in to their account with a one-time-password (OTP), using an SMS code sent to their mobile number for verification.

Interested in being a driver for DishPal? Here are some basics you should know:

Drivers are paid per-delivery, and take 100% of the customer’s tips from each order they complete. Payments are made out weekly. Those who meet minimum quotas may be eligible for medical benefits too.

Our drivers are held to high standards. Once they accept a task in our app, it must be fulfilled, on time, with no other stops along the way. This ensures the best customer experience possible. GPS tracks drivers’ locations after they accept a task. DishPal will follow up if there are delays.

DishPal drivers are independent contractors, not employees. They are not exclusive to DishPal, and are free to take on tasks with other companies too.

To be a DishPal food delivery driver, you must meet certain criteria. Please visit https://www.dishpal.com. These include a valid driver’s license, your own vehicle with insurance, a working phone with a data plan and GPS, and the ability to lift 50lbs. You must be 19 years of age or older.
