Pro adds read-aloud, page tools (merge, reorder, rotate, extract, shrink), scanning and photos to PDF, Autofill and unlimited saved signatures. The price, the plan length, the free trial and the renewal terms are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in your App Store account settings, and earlier purchases can be restored from the purchase screen or Settings.
