Write an invoice in seconds, hand the customer a clean A4 PDF, and let the packs come off your shelf as you ship. One app instead of a notebook and a spreadsheet that disagree with each other.
INVOICES
Add rows with a model, colours, quantity and price. Save, and Papir renders an A4 PDF in English, Ukrainian, Russian or Polish. Share it straight to Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp or email.
STOCK THAT KEEPS ITSELF
Count what is on the shelf by model and by colour. Mark an invoice shipped and those packs come off automatically. Pull it back to draft and they go straight back on. Every movement is written down, so a number can always explain how it got there.
WHAT ACTUALLY SOLD
See what you earned by month, which models make the most money, and which customers buy the most. Shipped invoices only — a draft is a promise, not money.
ADDRESS BOOK
Keep who you ship to, with city, address and phone. Pick a customer and their details print under their name on the document.
