Passage: Mapping Your Moments

Every journey deserves to be remembered.

Passage is a beautifully crafted photo app that overlays accurate transit information and elegant route maps directly onto your travel photos. Whether you are cruising above the clouds or watching the landscape roll past a train window, Passage turns each picture into a personalized travel story, helping you share memorable trips with friends, family, and the wider social media community.

In addition to Flight and Railway modes, Passage now lets you draw Road Routes for your car trips too! Whether you're flying above the clouds, riding the rails, or driving the open road, every journey can become a personalized travel story worth keeping and sharing.

Key Features

Trip Recap Image – Combine up to 8 photos and your route in one image. Freely adjust the photo layout and title to keep your travel memories together.
Route Map Overlay – The app automatically reads the Exif GPS data embedded in any photo and generates a stylish map that connects your departure and arrival pins. The map style adapts seamlessly to light and dark mode, ensuring a clean, modern look on any device.
Travel Info Overlay – Add essential details such as flight or train numbers, operator names, departure dates, times, and full route information. All data is rendered as a sleek text layer that blends naturally with the photo's composition.
Railway Info & Route Map – Record the railway company, date, time, and departure/arrival stations right on your photo. For Japan's railways, Passage can even draw the full route map, from the Shinkansen to limited express and local lines.
Road Route Overlay – For road trips, Passage draws a road route map connecting your departure and arrival points, complete with the date and time, beautifully overlaid on your photo.
Works With Past Photos – No need to capture a picture at the exact moment of travel. Import any existing photo from your library, and Passage will extract GPS coordinates to create a complete travel card instantly, allowing you to organize your past journeys anytime.
Preserves Your Album Timeline – Saved images retain the original capture timestamp and GPS location. This means your device's photo album stays perfectly chronological, and you can search by date, location, or airline/railway later without disrupting your library.
How It Works

Choose a photo – Open any picture from your camera roll or take a new one.
Automatic detection – Passage reads the Exif GPS data and suggests the most likely transit route.
Customize – Add or edit the flight/train number, operator, date, time, and any personal notes.
Save – The overlay is saved as a high-resolution image that retains the original metadata, keeping your album timeline intact.
