PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Names, dates of birth, NHS numbers, phone numbers and other personal details are removed on your phone before anything is sent, and put back only on your screen. The simplification service processes the note and does not keep it. There is no account to create: sign in only if you want your simplified notes kept in sync across your devices.
