Patron: Client Notes

You give a great cut. A great set. A great facial. Patron makes sure every client feels like your favorite regular — without you writing anything down.

Capture it your way. Hit record when the session starts and Patron listens while you work — or take 30 seconds after they leave and talk out a quick voice note. Either way, Patron turns it into clean, organized client notes.

HOW IT WORKS
• Record the session — live transcript while you work, audio deleted after
• Or voice-note it after — a 30-second recap between clients is all it takes
• Perfect notes, automatically — the service, the conversation, allergies, what to ask about next time
• Walk in prepared — preferences and talking points ready before they sit down
• Rebooks on autopilot — personal follow-up emails written from their notes, with real open times they can tap to book

BUILT FOR YOUR CRAFT
Barbers, hair color & styling, nail salons, lash artists, wax & brows, tanning, facials & skin — Patron tunes its notes and emails to what you do.

WORKS WITH SQUARE
Connect Square and your calendar flows straight in. No Square? Patron works on its own too.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Audio is deleted after transcription. Phone numbers and other personal details are stripped from notes automatically. Your clients' trust stays yours.

Patron. Remember every client.
