Our Remote Online Notarization* (RON) solution provides the ultimate convenience by allowing home buyers and sellers to meet online from almost anywhere in the world to electronically sign and notarize closing documents with two-way audio-video technology.
As an extension of Pavaso's eClosing Platform, the iOS app allows permissible parties to complete a RON eClosing. The app offers many features and benefits to each user, including:

Home Buyer and Sellers:
• Complete your real estate transaction remotely, from almost anywhere in the world
• Review documents before closing, along with eSigning documents that do not require notarization
• Join with ease with a guided step by step identity validation and check in process

Lender, Title, and/or Remote Online Notaries:

Notes:
All users must already have created their Pavaso account using a web browser before they are able to use the Pavaso iOS app for the iPad.
For optimal experience the app will be locked and can only be used in a landscaped orientation.
*Due to platform capabilities, state law or regulation or all, electronic notarization and remote online notarization are not available in all areas.
