Capture Apple Wallet payments, organize expenses, build budgets, and share transactions with people you choose. Your data stays in iCloud. PayShare does not use ads, tracking, analytics, AI, or third-party finance databases.

APPLE WALLET CAPTURE

Set up the Apple Shortcuts automation once, then PayShare can help capture Apple Wallet payments after they happen.

When a payment is detected, choose a category from the pop-up and the expense is saved. If you skip the pop-up, PayShare saves it as Uncategorized so you can edit it later.

ICLOUD SHARING

Create private iCloud sharing connections with partners, family, friends, or anyone you manage expenses with.

Each person keeps ownership of their own transactions while choosing who can see them. You can share with multiple people, set view-only access, remove connections, or hide selected transactions from shared views.

BUDGETS AND INSIGHTS

Plan spending across your own expenses and shared expenses from connected users.

Track income, expenses, savings, categories, locations, and trends in one place. PayShare also supports activity-based budgets using Apple Health data such as steps, running minutes, and mindfulness minutes.

PRIVACY FIRST

PayShare keeps your finance data inside Apple's ecosystem, stored in your private iCloud.

There are no ads, no tracking, no analytics, no AI, and no third-party finance database. Currency rates are fetched only to support the currencies you select in the app.

Important Notes:

Apple Wallet capture requires a one-time Apple Shortcuts automation setup. The Wallet notification must appear before the automation can run, so the category pop-up may take a few seconds. In rare cases, Apple's automation system may fail and a transaction may need to be added manually.

iCloud sharing depends on Apple's CloudKit system. Both users need available iCloud storage, and PayShare should stay open or in the background while accepting an invitation.
