HOW IT WORKS
We monitor activity levels at pizza joints and bars near the Pentagon using publicly available data, updated every 30 minutes. Our algorithm combines:
- Pizza activity (70% weight) — high orders = potential activity
- Bar traffic inverted (30% weight) — empty bars = people working late

The result? A composite Signal Level from 1 to 5:
Level 1: CRITICAL — Extreme unusual activity
Level 2: HIGH — Elevated pizza orders detected
Level 3: ELEVATED — Above-normal activity
Level 4: GUARDED — Slightly above baseline
