PepCheck by AAPM

PepCheck, from the American Academy of Peptide Medicine (AAPM), grades how trustworthy a peptide's source is and how much clinical oversight stands behind it. It does not test what is inside a vial and it is not medical advice. Every grade is inferred from where the peptide came from and your answers, and the app explains exactly what limited it.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Identify the peptide. Scan the code on the label, or type the name and lot number.
2. Answer a few questions. Where you got it, whether your name and a prescription are on the label, whether a licensed provider evaluated you and ran baseline labs, whether the packaging says "research use only", whether it carries a beyond-use date, and whether you were given a certificate of analysis for the batch.
3. Name the source. Search our registry of FDA-registered outsourcing facilities and accredited compounding pharmacies, or skip the step.
4. Get your grade. A letter for product quality, a tier for clinical oversight, and an overall score, with the reasons behind each and concrete steps that would raise it.

WHAT THE GRADE MEANS
A high grade means the source and the oversight around it are the kind that make a peptide defensible: a prescription from a licensed provider, dispensed by an accredited pharmacy, with a certificate of analysis for your lot. A low grade means one or more of those are missing. The grade is never a safety clearance and never an endorsement to use any peptide. Decisions belong with you and your provider.

CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS
Sign in to upload the certificate of analysis for a lot as a PDF or photo. A human reviewer reads it, and a certificate naming your lot can raise the check to its highest level. Review only ever raises a grade.

YOUR CHECKS, YOUR DATA
Checking a peptide works without an account. Sign in with your email address (no password, a one-time code) to keep your checks across phones and to upload certificates. Nothing you check is shared with anyone else, and deleting your account from the Account tab deletes your checks and certificates with it. No ads, no tracking.

About the registry: pharmacy licensing is public information. Your state board of pharmacy can confirm whether a pharmacy is licensed and in good standing; its verification, not this grade, is the authoritative record.
