PepShot is a private record-keeping tool for treatment plans provided by your clinician or pharmacy. Enter your prescribed dose and schedule, then keep administrations, reminders, injection sites, vials, and history in one place.
PepShot requires a paid PepShot Pro subscription. Every feature listed below is part of PepShot Pro and requires that subscription - there is no free version or free tier. New subscribers can start with a 3-day free trial on the Annual plan. Included with PepShot Pro (paid subscription required):
• Today dashboard —> what's due, streaks, and 7-day adherence at a glance
• Dose log —> record the amount administered; PepShot never calculates it
• Site history —> review previously recorded injection sites
• Cycles —> weeks-on / weeks-off handled automatically
• Vial inventory —> what's left, days since reconstitution, reorder warnings
• Dose reminders —> quiet nudges at your dosing windows
• History —> calendar view, weekly trends, CSV export

• Annual - $59.99/year, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers
• Weekly - $6.99/week, no trial
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase.
