Most peptide tools were built for men, with no awareness that hormone phases shift week to week. Peptide Glow Up flips the model: log your cycle alongside your stack and see how each phase of your cycle shows up in your tracking.
WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
- Today's Stack — every scheduled dose for today at a glance. Mark each one as taken, or log a bonus dose on the fly.
- Your Peptide Stack — build it from a curated catalog of 12 commonly researched peptides (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, MOTS-c, Tesamorelin, Thymosin Alpha-1, Epithalon, NAD+, Glutathione, PT-141).
- Protocol Templates — apply a pre-built stack (Glow, Recovery, Metabolic, Sleep) as a starting point, then customize every peptide independently.
- Your Cycle — log period start, period end, and confirmed ovulation. The app derives your current phase (menstrual, follicular, ovulation, luteal) and uses it to tint your calendar.
- Calendar — see a full month of doses, cycle events, weight entries, side effects, and check-ins in one view, with phase-tinted backgrounds.
- Weekly Results — capture weight, energy, sleep, skin, and libido on a 1–10 scale, plus up to 3 progress photos. Watch your patterns over weeks and months instead of guessing.
- Daily Check-Ins — a 30-second mood and symptom log, one per day. Builds a quiet record of how you feel without nagging you.
- Side Effects — record what you felt, when, and link it to the dose you suspect.
CYCLE-AWARE OR NOT
Set up the app once. If you track your cycle, the dashboard shows your current phase, a phase-tinted calendar, and a "log period" quick action. If you're on hormonal birth control or simply not tracking, the cycle sections step aside and the dashboard focuses on stack progress instead.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Your data is yours. We don't sell it, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't run third-party trackers in v1. You can permanently delete your account from inside the app at any time.
A NOTE ON SAFETY
Peptide Glow Up is a tracking and reflection tool — not medical advice, not a diagnostic device, and not a substitute for working with a qualified clinician. We do not recommend doses, prescribe protocols, or evaluate your health. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any peptide protocol, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medications.
