PepVault: Peptide Tracker

PepVault is a peptide and GLP-1 tracker app for iPhone. It logs your doses and titration schedule, does the vial and reconstitution math, tracks injection-site rotation, and keeps your bloodwork and weight next to your protocol, whether you're on semaglutide or tirzepatide, running peptides such as BPC-157, TB-500 or GHK-Cu, on TRT, or keeping a whole stack straight.

Tracking your own protocol requires PepVault Pro: 7 days free on the yearly plan for new subscribers, then $44.99 a year, or $9.99 a month (US prices; your App Store shows the local price). Plans renew until you cancel in your Apple ID settings. You can explore the demo first, no account needed.

PepVault records the schedule you set. It doesn't recommend doses, and it doesn't sell peptides or medication.

Doses and titration
• Log a dose with one press-and-hold, and catch up on days you forgot to log
• Daily, weekly, every-other-day, set weekdays, on/off cycles or as needed, with reminders when a dose is due
• Step-up schedules for semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide and more: enter your titration plan once and each step is scheduled; your log confirms it
• See what's due and what's late, and your Consistency over time

Vials and injection sites
• Enter the vial amount, the water you added and the dose you set: PepVault shows the concentration and the draw in mL and syringe units
• Or ask the mix assistant in plain words. It answers in your syringe's own units, U-40 included.
• A vial inventory that counts doses left, tracks beyond-use dates and shows when you'll run out
• A body map that shows how long each injection site has rested and suggests the next one

Bloodwork and weight
• Add lab panels by hand, or import them from a photo or a PDF
• Every marker on a reference-range bar, with trends and an AI read in the context of your protocol (educational, not a diagnosis)
• A weight trend that smooths out day-to-day noise, with milestones in kg or lb
