DAILY SYNC:
Dive deeper into your relationship with thoughtful questions that help you learn more about each other.

NOTES:
Share a note with text, a picture, or audio so your partner can hear you. Share a track with your partner, or attach music to a moment that fits. Add details about your day or write appreciation for your partner.

Although attunement is essential for a relationship to be healthy, it's not always easy to label your own emotions, let alone communicate what you might need from your partner in that moment or in that day (e.g., reassurance, physical affection, a little space, to feel seen).
