PicCents pays everyday people to capture real-world objects around them. If you can take a photo, you can do this.

1. Snap: take a clear photo of something around you (a mug, a lamp, a chair), not a screen or another photo. iPhones with LiDAR need one photo; others take two, from two sides.
2. Upload: give its size, weight and material, with a photo that proves the size (your iPhone can measure it, or use a ruler) and the weight (a scale or its label).
3. Get paid: a reviewer checks each object, and every approved object puts money in your wallet.

Every object is reviewed before approval. Not every object will be approved, and objects that aren't approved don't count toward payouts. We sometimes have enough of a kind of object; the app shows which, and those are unlikely to be approved.
