Pickup Card is a shift pay and overtime calculator built for nurses, clinicians, and hourly workers.

【SHIFT PAY ESTIMATES】

Enter the shift start and end time, add an unpaid break, and see an estimated gross-pay breakdown.

Pickup Card can calculate:

Configure overtime rules to match your workplace:

- Federal weekly overtime
- California daily overtime and double time
- Seventh consecutive workday rules
- Custom weekly and pay-period thresholds
- Option to include eligible differentials in the overtime rate

Enter hours already counted this week or pay period to estimate how much of the new shift may qualify for overtime.

【PAY PROFILES】

Create reusable pay profiles for a primary job, per-diem work, or another contract. Each profile can store the base rate, differentials, multipliers, and overtime settings.

【SLEEP AND COMMUTE】

Enter the next required report time, sleep goal, and commute buffer to estimate how much sleep may remain after the shift. Pickup Card highlights conflicts when the next report time occurs before the selected shift ends.

【PAY PERIOD】

Review accepted and declined shifts in the current pay period, including estimated accepted pay, income declined, counted hours, and individual decision cards. Accepted hours can be reused when estimating another shift.

【ICLOUD, WIDGET, AND EXPORT】

Optional iCloud sync stores profiles, settings, and shift records in your private iCloud database and keeps them available across devices using the same Apple Account.

Pickup Card Pro includes additional pay profiles, advanced overtime tools, full shift history, a Home Screen widget, pay-period summaries, and CSV export.

Pickup Card provides estimates for planning purposes. Actual wages, overtime eligibility, payroll calculations, taxes, deductions, employer policies, contracts, and labor laws may differ.

Pickup Card does not replace an official timesheet, payroll statement, employment contract, tax adviser, legal adviser, or human-resources department. Confirm final compensation with your employer.

【SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES】

Pickup Card offers optional in-app purchases:

- Monthly Pro: one-month automatically renewing subscription
- Annual Pro: one-year automatically renewing subscription
- Lifetime Pro: one-time, non-consumable purchase

Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed. Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Canceling stops future renewals, while Pro access remains available until the current paid period ends. Lifetime Pro does not renew. Previous purchases can be restored using the same Apple Account.
