HOW IT WORKS
1. Open Supply and choose the first and last day of your planning window. Today begins at the current time.
2. Build a supply plan. Review scheduled quantities, stock used before the window and the first projected stock gap for each record.
3. Check unknown stock and as-needed medicines separately. Share the dated snapshot after comparing it with your physical supply.
Visual medication records, multiple reminders, dose history, refill tracking, Care Readiness, insights, widgets and private exports remain available. A database-opening failure preserves the existing store and shows a recovery message.
WHAT TO KNOW
Forecasts use saved schedules and self-entered stock, not medical judgment. As-needed use is not predicted. Physical counts, missed doses, prescription changes and clinician instructions must be checked separately. Do not change a dose or schedule based on a stock forecast. This is an organization aid, not medical advice. Planning starts no more than 90 days ahead.
