Pillar's standout feature: link a carer to your household with an 8-character invite code. Share the invite via AirDrop, Messages, or any app — your carer taps the link and they're connected instantly. If you miss a dose, their phone gets a push notification automatically. No tapping required on your end, no SMS, no calls.

AI MEDICINE AUTO-FILL
Type a medicine name and Pillar's AI instantly fills in the purpose, side effects, food instructions, and typical frequency. Scan a prescription label or medicine box with your camera for even faster setup.

DRUG INTERACTION WARNINGS
Adding a new medicine? Pillar automatically checks for potential interactions with your existing medications using AI and warns you before you save.

APPOINTMENT CALENDAR
Schedule blood tests, scans, doctor visits, and specialist appointments directly in Pillar. Get reminders 1 day and 1 hour before each appointment. Your calendar shows medicine doses and appointments together in one view.

CARE TEAM
Add your doctors and specialists with their specialty, clinic, and phone number. All your care team contacts in one place — visible on your emergency medical card.

HEALTH REPORT PDF
Generate a professional health report with one tap — medicines, 30-day adherence stats, your care team, and upcoming appointments. Share it directly with your doctor from the app.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your medication schedules, dose history, and health data are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework — never sent to Pillar. If you enable Carer Push Alerts, only your device token and display name are stored on secure servers to deliver missed-dose notifications. You can leave the household at any time to remove this data.
