Tap a pattern. A soft pink circle breathes through it, with gentle tones and haptics you can follow with your eyes closed. That is the entire app. No course catalog. No narrator. No video to scroll through. Just the circle, your rhythm.

LOCK SCREEN LIVE ACTIVITY

The breathing circle lives on the Lock Screen and inside the Dynamic Island while a cycle runs. Glance and follow along without unlocking your phone.

NO NOTIFICATIONS, NO PRESSURE

Pink Breath does not send notifications. Your practice page counts your days gently, and nothing nags you when you miss one. The app exists for the moments you reach for it, not as a daily obligation.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

No account. No analytics SDK. No third-party tracking. Cycles are counted locally on your phone and shown only to you, inside the app.
