Pinky: Screen Time Promise

Pinky makes you earn your screen time.

Put the apps and sites that eat your day in up to three groups, like Social and Games, each with its own daily limit (45 minutes to start) and, if you want, set hours. When the time is up, they lock with Apple's Screen Time.

To get 15 more minutes, you earn them back. Each group picks how:
• Take a walk: pick a spot on the map, walk there, and Pinky checks you made it.
• Ask a friend: one person you trust gets a notification, reads why, and says OK or not this time.
• Take steps: 100, 200 or 500 steps anywhere, counted by your iPhone.

Up to three times a day for each group. Only time in your apps counts, and unused minutes expire at midnight. No snooze.

Your friend answers with one tap, free: the invite opens a light version of Pinky, no install needed. They can add a short message, end-to-end encrypted for you. Silence counts as no.

Change your lock any time. A new group starts right away. Changes to an open group start the next day; changes to a locked group wait until it opens again, so a weak moment can't undo it.

Focus now locks every group for a while; your way back in still works.

Private by design. Notes to your friend and their replies are end-to-end encrypted, so we can't read them. Your location and what you do inside your apps never leave your iPhone. No ads, no tracking, only anonymous usage statistics with a switch.

Phone calls and the apps you didn't choose always work.

Pinky Pro: your first month is free, then $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year, or $49.99 once. Helping a friend is always free, even without installing: the invite opens Pinky's App Clip. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your App Store account settings.
