Due fratelli napoletani, Francesco e Chef Donato… un unico sogno… Quello di portare i sapori e i profumi della loro Napoli in tutta Italia!

Dopo oltre 10 anni di esperienza nella loro Terra di origine, nel 2012 decidono di trasferirsi a Mestre e aprono i loro primi Ristoranti “Unico”.

Sono stati anni di Studio e Ricerca per portare in tavola la Vera Cucina Napoletana…

E qual è quel piatto napoletano, tanto amato da grandi e piccini, in tutto il Mondo? LA PIZZA!!!

Francesco e Donato l’hanno voluta rendere Unica e Autentica: a lunga lievitazione, altamente digeribile e che potesse essere mangiata anche dagli intolleranti… una pizza fatta con Ingredienti campani, come il Fiordilatte, la Mozzarella di Bufala, il Pomodoro San Marzano…

Perché la Vera Pizza Napoletana la guardi mentre cuoce, la tocchi, la muovi, controlli la cottura e la segui mentre cresce fintanto che è pronta.

Perchè la Vera Pizza Napoletana è bassa, con i bordi alti…

… Ma Francesco e Donato non si sono limitati a realizzare la Vera Pizza Napoletana… le hanno dedicato un locale per celebrarla e lo hanno chiamato “Pizzus”…
