#PlateForAMate is an awareness campaign, now in its fourth year, raising funds for the Black Dog Institute’s mental health research programs

How to use the app:

1. Download Free App Scanner
2. When you see the PlateforaMate app icon next to the image; Scan an enabled image with this app and see the image come to life!

Requirements to use the app:
The Plate for a mate app works with IOS devices with a rear camera running IOS 13 or higher. Interactive images also work best with a strong Internet or Wi-Fi connection.

How the app works:

The magic happens when our software analyzes the printed image by creating a mathematical model based on shapes, lines, proportions, colors and other elements. It then compares the model to images already in the Plate for a Mate app database. When a match is found, you see what looks like a 3D mapped digital video playing on the print… living in the physical world.

** We developed this app for fans who received a physical copy of the Plate for a Mate Interactive Time Capsule book. The app will only work if you have received this product and with future images to be announced.

This app will NOT work with just any chef or plate for a mate image.
