Plyko

Plyko is the workout and nutrition tracker for people who actually train. Log every set, track every meal, and let the AI do the arithmetic.

• Sets, reps, weight, RPE, warm-up and drop sets, supersets, trisets and circuits with a hands-free timer

• Records detected on every set, six one-rep-max formulas, a plate calculator
• 15 ready-made programs (StrongLifts 5x5, 5/3/1, PPL, nSuns, GZCLP and more) and multi-week plans with progression and deloads
• Machine brands and cable attachments logged as their own variants, with their own history and records
• Cardio for 20 machines and movements, with the fields each one needs
• Rest timer on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and an Apple Watch app that runs a session on its own

EAT
• Calorie and macro targets that follow your training days, rest days and refeeds
• 7,470 foods that work offline, plus Open Food Facts, barcodes, restaurant chains and branded products
• Custom foods, saved meals, recipe scaling, water, steps and fasting stages
• Ten micronutrients whenever the food carries them
• Apple Health both ways: steps, weight and active calories in, finished workouts out
