Users can create and manage "Loops" to keep track of ongoing discussions, set reminders for important follow-ups, and ensure that commitments are not overlooked. The app provides a structured workflow for managing personal and professional communications efficiently.

PNDG requires standard internet access, notification permissions, and optional access to the user's contacts. Contact access is used solely to help users select and associate contacts with conversations, follow-ups, and reminders within the app. Contact information is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.

The app does not request access to location data, photos, call logs, or other sensitive device information beyond what is necessary for its core functionality.
