PoCats: Catch Cats

There is a cat on your street right now that you will never see again.

Photograph it and it is yours. Forever.

PoCats turns real cats into cards. The grumpy tabby by the bins. The fluffy one who owns the car park. That tiny black cat who clearly runs the corner shop. Snap it, name it, keep it, and watch your album fill up with animals from your own neighbourhood.

THE CATCH TAKES TWO SECONDS

Hold out a snack can.
Wait for the cat to come.
Let go the moment it reaches the tin.

Too early? You spooked it. Too late? It got bored and left. Right in the middle? Something rare just walked into your album.

Everyday. Uncommon. Rare. Legendary.

JUPI IS ALREADY WAITING

A small ginger tabby who is simply there the first time you open the app. Yours.

Feed him. Brush him. Play with him. Tuck him in at night.

Put him in a flower crown. A star cape. Butterfly wings.

Give him somewhere to live: a rooftop, a greenhouse, a window with rain running down it, cherry blossom, snow at night.

Keep turning up and he starts greeting you when you arrive, and learning tricks he did not know last week.

Miso, Luna and Mochi are lined up behind him.

AND THEN

A map of where people are finding cats near you.

Playfight, where the cats you caught go up against each other.

Daily rewards, streaks, and a snack bag that refills itself while you are out walking.

PoCats is free. Go outside.
