PocketPaddock: Farm Records

Plan the week's work on your phone. Tick it off in the paddock. The notebook writes itself.

PocketPaddock is a farm app for Australian mixed farms — sheep, cattle and cropping in the one place. Map your paddocks once, and every job, movement and headcount hangs off them from there.

It works in the back paddock with no signal, and syncs itself when you're back in range.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Map your farm
Tap out boundaries on satellite imagery or drive them in the ute. Areas and hectares work themselves out. Mobs, jobs and rainfall all hang off your paddocks.

Plan the work together
To-dos the whole farm can see, each with a person, a due date and the paddock it belongs to. Today's work sits on top. The history sits underneath.

Record spray, sowing and fert jobs
GPS-traced coverage with chemicals, rates, wind and weather on the record — captured at the time, not reconstructed from memory in February.

Run your mobs
Every movement is kept per animal, so paddock history and stocking pressure stay right as things change. Headcounts that add up, and reconciliation that writes itself.

Manage grazing
Days grazed and days rested count themselves. See what's had a spell and what hasn't.

Keep your rainfall
A year of rain and temperature at a glance, with your own gauge readings overriding the internet's estimate.

Answer compliance before it's asked
Who, what, when and where — already recorded. Export anything you need as CSV.

BUILT FOR THE WAY IT ACTUALLY WORKS

Offline first, not offline eventually. Records save on the spot with no signal, and sync when you're back in range. No lost afternoon's work.

The same farm on the big screen. The web workspace runs in any browser, so you can sort the week out at the kitchen table and carry it out in the paddock.

Everyone on the same page. Invite the family, the workers and the contractors. Everyone sees the same plan.

Your data stays yours. Export your records and reports as CSV any time. No ads, ever.

FREE WHILE WE'RE IN EARLY ACCESS

Every feature, every device, no card. When early access ends, PocketPaddock moves to one fixed price for the whole farm — no per-head charges, no per-user seats, no modules to unlock. We'll announce the price well in advance, and farms that came early will be looked after.

Start by mapping a paddock. It takes about a minute.
