Pods:

On Podeum - you can explore, join, host and engage in ‘Pods’. Pods are free-to-join fan groups that can be hosted by sports experts, players or fans. Here - you can enjoy live-match games, fan chats, trivia, analysis, memes & more.

Any user can create and host private, invite-only pods for their friends to participate in. Podeum also invites superfans to host public pods where anyone can participate and win platform-sponsored rewards.

Games currently live in Podeum Pods:

1. Fantasy: Create teams for the match and win points depending on their performance. The person who creates the best team in terms of points wins. There are various customized fantasy game formats available like classical, bowlers-only, batters-only, 7-a-side. etc. Fantasy pods are free-to-play, there is no buy-in required.

2. Prediction: Answer time-bound topical multiple-choice format questions during live matches. These include questions where you have to predict events that are going to happen during the course of the match. Enjoy showing off your real-time prediction skills in front of friends and fans!


Hosts on Podeum:

Hosts are the creators and admins of the Pods on Podeum. Podeum has collaborated with sports fans, experts and influencers to host Pods for various sporting events. The Host engages with the participants in his/her Pod through live commentary, discussions, interactive Q&A sessions, and even memes!

Some of our hosts include former Indian cricket Wasim Jaffer, current Indian women’s team player Veda Krishnamurthy and host of RCB’s 12th man show Navneeth Krishna.

Podeum Badges and Medals:

Badges are awarded for winning, chatting in and hosting Pods. When you win a certain number of a category of badges, you are awarded the corresponding medal. There is one medal for each of the three badges - Post Master (chatting), Expert Predictor (winning) and Super Host (hosting).

Podeum Club:

The Podeum Club is an exclusive group of users actively building a vibrant cricket community on Podeum.

Users can enter the Club by unlocking 1 of 3 medals. Entry to the Podeum Club gives users the chance to participate in exclusive, invite-only Pods with special rewards.

Podeum Guru:

Users who win all 3 medals also earn the title of Podeum Guru, which gives them access to additional benefits:

1. Create and host public pods
2. Be eligible for sponsored Pod rewards
3. Get promoted on Podeum’s social media
