Description by Muhammed Cagrı Karaarslan(from the App Store)
Keeping up with the literature is hard: thousands of papers a day, no time to read them. Pofolia turns academic papers in your fields into clear AI summaries you can read in seconds — so you focus on what matters.
DAILY DIGEST FEED Pick your interests (26 fields, 250+ subfields) and get a personal selection every day, each with a short summary you can read in seconds.
AI SUMMARIES A short summary and a reading time for every paper — in English and Turkish, whatever language the paper is in. Premium also unlocks the long summary, key points and practical takeaways.
CREDIBILITY SIGNALS Citation count, field-weighted impact (FWCI), journal quartile (Q1–Q4) and SJR score right on the card. Know what you're reading.
SEARCH MILLIONS OF PAPERS Search more than 250 million works by keyword, topic or author; narrow by year, open access and field. Save a result and it gets summarized automatically.
EXPLORE Swipe through the last six months of papers in your fields — swipe right to add to your library. Under every paper, a row of similar papers.
A COVER OF ITS OWN FOR EVERY PAPER No stock photos: each card's cover is generated from the paper's own identity, with citations, field impact and journal quartile on top.
LIBRARY, LISTS & NOTES Save papers to your own lists; sort lists and your read history by year, citations, impact, quartile, SJR or title; track what you've read. Keep a private note per paper, tag it with its purpose (thesis, course, practice, method, idea, critique) and filter notes by purpose. Copy APA / Harvard / Vancouver citations in one tap.
DAILY REMINDER A "N new summaries ready" notification at the time you choose — tap it to jump straight into the paper.
READING LOG Your reading streak, this week's papers and reading time, and lifetime totals on your profile. On Monday morning, last week in one notification (can be turned off). Pick a handle — the name you'll appear under when reading rankings open.
ON THE WEB TOO Your library and notes are also at pofolia.com.
WHO IS IT FOR? Students, academics, clinicians, R&D professionals and anyone who wants to keep up with science.
FREE A 4-paper daily feed, 5 searches, 10 discover swipes, 20 saves, 1 list and 1 reminder time.
PREMIUM A 20-paper daily feed, 50 searches, 50 discover swipes, 100 AI summaries of search results per day, deep summaries (long summary + key points + takeaways), 500 papers per list, 10 lists and 3 reminder times.
The subscription renews automatically through the App Store; unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period it renews at the same price. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
Summaries are AI-generated and always link back to the source: a summary is a starting point, not a substitute.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
